Concrete Cleaning

When concrete is too wet, poured in bad weather, or when form boards are wet, stains can leach out due to unwanted chemical reactions during the curing process. These stains can be very difficult to remove. We have developed a number of chemical blends and processes that effectively resolve a variety of these staining issues.

Our process

1. Assessment: We begin by assessing the type and extent of the stains on your concrete surface.

2. Custom chemical blend: Based on the assessment, we apply a specially formulated chemical blend tailored to the specific staining issues.

3. Application: The chemical blend is carefully applied to the stained areas and allowed to penetrate and break down the stains.

4. High-pressure cleaning: After the chemicals have done their work, we use high-pressure equipment to thoroughly clean the surface, removing all traces of the stains.

5. Neutralisation: Finally, we neutralise the pH of the concrete surface to ensure it is ready for any further treatments, such as sealing or painting.
